Doka Coffee Tour and La Paz Waterfall Garden

Walk through the coffee plantation in one of the largest farms in costa rica, where you will be able to learn the entire process related to this product. lunch included. visit Sarchi known as the cradle of Costarricense crafts, where we have the best painters and craftsmen in the country.

To reach the destination it will take about 3 hours, during the transfer our guide will show you the most beautiful places and sights that decorate our Costa Rican landscapes, you will also can learn important topics such as provinces, history, culture, climate, continental division, flora and fauna of the regions.

Once we arrive at the coffee tour we will start with a cold coffee with cinnamon test, once the silk tasting begins the coffee tour, the tour lasts 1 hour 45 minutes, where our clients will have the opportunity to learn about the history of coffee in Costa Rica, cutting process, weight, form of payment to collectors, coffee cutting station, type of coffee, coffee varieties, drying process, toasting process, duration of toasting which is what determines the taste of arabica coffee.

At the end of the tour there is a tasting of coffee, chocolates and Costa Rican liquors.

Once we finish the visit in DOKA, we go to the cloud forest of cataras de la paz, here our guides are responsible for taking them to the different areas to visit: aviary (toucans, limpets, owls, raptors among others), butterfly garden, monkeys, snakes, wild cats like the jaguar, ocelot, garden of hummingbirds, orchids, bromeliads, frogs and the house coffee, finally the walk in the cloud forest where your eyes can enjoy the best views, do not forget to ask for the white magic waterfall.

We have two options to have lunch either at Freddo Strawberries or at the very doors of peace, the guide always exposes the client to the options
